A leading telecom company in Business Bay is expanding their customer service team. This is an in-office role with fixed shifts. You will handle inbound customer queries related to billing, plans, and technical issues. Training is fully provided.

Requirements

Fluent English is mandatory; Hindi or Tagalog is a strong plus

Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, email)

Good listening skills and patience

Willing to work in rotational shifts (no night shifts for this batch)
