The role is a mix of remote support and on-site visits. You will handle hardware and software issues, network troubleshooting, and basic server maintenance for SME clients.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of IT support experience (L1/L2)
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking (LAN/WAN/VPN)
- Experience with routers, switches, and firewalls (Cisco, Mikrotik, or similar)
- Valid UAE driving licence (you’ll need to visit client sites)
- Good English communication skills (client-facing role)
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is an advantage but not mandatory
