You will be the first point of contact for patients — managing appointments, insurance pre-approvals, patient registration, and front-desk queries. The clinic sees approximately 80–100 patients per day.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a medical clinic or hospital reception is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with insurance pre-approval processes (DHA/DOH-type)
- Excellent English; Arabic is a major advantage for this role
- Professional demeanour and ability to handle a busy front desk calmly
- Female candidates preferred (as per clinic policy)
